Afternoon Tea Sandwiches	£6.95
These are beautiful finger cut sandwiches that look and taste wonderful. We use white bread and wholemeal bread and then cut off all the crusts and carefully cut and prepare our finger sandwiches on solid, white platters. Our fillings for this menu choice can consist of any of the following; Scottish Smoked Salmon Plain British Ham Cucumber Mild Cheddar Egg Mayonnaise and mustard cress
The Healthy Option	£6.95
This selection is made up entirely of our fantastic range of fillings BUT with no spreads, no butter and only using a light mayonaise where appropriate. We also use only the finest wholemeal brown bread. It will be our chef's choice of fresh fillings on the day but they know that the focus on this selection is to maintain the taste of our fillings and to ensure that a healthier alternative is the priority. 'Guilt free sandwiches' we call them but with no compromise in the taste or quality - try them and you'll agree.
Gluten Free Sandwiches	£5.85
Sliced White bread with a natural home baked taste - You won't believe there's no wheat and no gluten! I can't believe it's not bread! Using our special Gluten Free bread, we can now prepare Gluten Free Sandwiches with a choice of gluten free fillings. We are careful to select these fillings for obvious reasons and any gluten free / wheat free attendees should be quietly surprised as they nibble and munch away. We would serve this selection entirely seperately to the rest of your order.
Premium Sandwiches	£7.95
These sandwiches are unique to Owen Brothers and in a league of their own - we've been making them for as long as we can remember. We don't believe any other caterer in London is making such a product. These sandwiches have been served on the boards of most of our our top clients. They are made using highest quality speciality loaves of breads, freshly baked each morning and on the day of your delivery, hand sliced and all with a rustic appearance. They are generously filled but not over-filled with the best ingredients from our chefs on the day.
The Sandwich Connoisseur Selection	£7.95
The Sandwich connoisseur selection is designed for the discerning client who wants a healthy balance between fabulously fresh granary bread selections, the finest banqueting rolls and a selection of our healthy wraps. A famous politician once said as his pledge to vote for him 'education, education, education' - our pledge to you on this menu selection is 'variety, variety, variety!' Variety of fresh soft breads and flavoursome fillings. Triangular shapes, cylyndrical and spherical - its a sandwich haven.
The Combination Selection	£5.95
We describe this as the union of 2 of our classic menu choices - the best of both worlds and what great value! Half the platter is made up of our fantastic sandwich range and the other half are wraps. With over 78 sandwich fillings to choose from variety and choice shouldn't be an issue - it will be a chefs choice of fillings on the day of your order. Speciality Wraps Selection	£6.95
Our tortilla wraps come in 3 different varieties: Plain White wraps, Sunblush Tomato wraps and Spinach Wraps. They are soft in texture and we hand-fill each wrap with a choice of fillings. One of our favourites is the chef's tandoori marinated chicken with a light yoghurt and mint dressing wrapped and folded in any of the wraps above. It's a lighter choice and always a winner if you want to provide an alternative to a sandwich lunch.
The Seasonal Baguette Selection	£6.95

We bake the best brown & white baguettes early in the morning and hand-fill each and every one with our chef's choice of fillings. With over 78 fillings we're spoilt for choice - in fact choosing which amazing filling to put in the baguettes get's our chefs thinking first thing in the morning!
The Vegetarian	£5.95
We use our luxury end bread for these delectable vegetarian sandwiches. Soft white bread and fresh brown wholemeal bread made with our chef's variety of vegetarian fillings. We have over 39 different vegetarian sandwich fillings so you can be sure that you will get a healthy variety and choice. Some of the range include; Egg mayonnaise with watercress, English cheddar cheese & pickle Freshly sliced mozzarella, tomatoes, pesto and salad Fresh salad green leaves with light cream cheese French brie with cranberry sauce Cream cheese with mixed leaf & pine nuts and a dash of lemon juice And much more!
Finger Sandwich Selection	£5.95
These are like little soldiers all lined up on parade with exquisite fillings and overflowing with freshness and flavour. The colours are truly reflective of the variety filings we offer you and we are sure that these will be fairly unique. These are also easier to eat as they are neater and tend to be 'tidier' sandwiches so you can talk more rather than fillings spill out all over the table!
Posh Sandwiches No Crusts	£6.95
These really are exquisite high end sandwiches but all with no crusts. The colours are truly reflective of the variety filings we offer you and we are sure that these will be fairly unique. These are also easier to eat as they are neater and tend to be 'tidier' sandwiches so you can talk more rather than fillings spill out all over the table! Bear in mind that they are slightly smaller becasue the crusts are off - make sure you order enough!
French Baguettes and British Cocktails	£5.95

This selection of breads is a good mix of our freshly baked granary baguettes, white baguettes and a choice of tortilla wraps. All the breads and wraps are filled with the freshest fillings on the day and we think you will be find this an attractive and fresh selection of the best of our baguettes and wraps. Our baguettes are always baked fresh on the day of your order and we fill them with a choice from seasonal sandwich fillings. Our sandwich fillings are genuinely handmade following recipies handed down from previous chefs. It's 3 Artisan Rolls Per Person It's a Minimum Order for 8 People Please note that the price quoted is the price per person Artisan bread is exactly what its name suggests: bread that is crafted, rather than mass produced. Baked in small batches rather than on a vast assembly line, artisan bread differs from prepackaged supermarket loaves in a number of ways. Special attention to ingredients, process, and a return to the fundamentals of the age-old bread-making tradition set artisan bread apart from soft, preservative-laden commercial breads. These are truly delectable rolls - not available widely and generously filled with the freshest ingredients.
