Bring Me Lunch is a website that lets locally based catering companies sell buffet lunches and individual takeaway lunches online.
Bring Me Lunch apply strict criteria to ensure that we only work with locally based catering companies who prepare fresh lunches on the day of delivery.
Order confirmations and amendments
Once you have placed an order on the site a confirmation e-mail will be dispatched to your nominated e-mail account. You will not be able to amend the order through the website once it has been submitted.
If you need to make any changes to your order you should contact the vendor directly using the telephone or e-mail contact details provided in the confirmation e-mail and shown on the vendor’s menu.
If you are not happy with your order for any reason, you should contact your chosen lunch provider to let them know. If you are unable to resolve your complaint with the vendor directly please address your complaint to firstname.lastname@example.org.
The Bring Me Lunch website is registered with the Safebuy Scheme. Click on the Safebuy logo on the left-hand panel for more information. Safebuy provide a mediation service for you to use at no charge.
Bring Me Lunch aims to ensure that office workers across the country have access to the benefits that ordering lunch on-line brings. If you are not able to get a service in your area but would like to, please let us know at email@example.com.

All online payments are processed by WorldPay, an industry leading secure payment provider. We do not collect or store any payment information on our website.
Payment options for individual takeaway lunches
In all cases you can chose to pay securely on-line using a credit or debit card. When paying online you will be presented with three options regarding how you want to pay at the checkout.
You also have the option to top-up your account in order to save time next time.
You may, at the discretion of each catering company, be given the option to pay cash on delivery.
Payment options for buffet lunches
When you buy a buffet lunch you will be given two options regarding how you want to pay at the checkout. Your payment options are:
- pay for each order at the time you order,
- request an invoice from the catering company for you to settle directly with them at a later date.
You are not able to use your account balance from individual lunches to pay for buffet orders.
You may, at our discretion, be given the option to place buffet orders on account. The option will be available at the checkout after we have upgraded your account settings. Please let us know if you are interested in setting up and account at firstname.lastname@example.org.
